• What did you like least about your last job?/What have you dislike in your past jobs?
• What are some of the things your superior did that you dislike?
1. How was your last employer?
2. What did you like most about your last job?
3. What can you tell me about your past bosses?(你可以告訴我關於你過去老板些甚麼事?)
4. How did you get along with your supervisor?
5. How do you feel about your previous employer?
6. May I contact your present/past employer for a reference?
• I like that they gave me a lot of responsibility.
• I like that they allowed me to grow.
1. What do you consider to be the ideal job for you?
2. What are you looking for in this job?
3. What are you looking for in your next job?
4. What criteria are you using to evaluate the company for which you hope to work? . .
5. What two or three things are most important to you in your job? . .
6. Are you seeking employment in a company of a certain size? Why? . .
7. Which is more important to you: money or the type of job?
8. What two attributes are most important in your job?(哪兩個工作條件對你來說最重要?)
9. What are the most important rewards you expect in your business career? . .
1. Why have you been out of work for so long?
2. Why has it taken you so long to find a job?
3. Why haven't you found a position already?
• I spent some time re-evaluate my past experience and the current job market to see what direction I wanted to take.(我花了些時間重新評估過去的經驗,及目前就業市場,以決定我將來的方向。)
• I had some offers but I'm not just looking for another job; I'm looking for a career.(我有一些工作機會,但是我並不只在尋找另一個工作,我在尋找一個事業。)
• I made a decision that I enjoy my work too much just to accept another paycheck. So I determined that the next job I took would be one where I could settle down and do my best to make a solid contribution. From everything I have heard about this company, you are a group that expects people to pull their weight,
because you've got a real job to do. I like that, and I would like to be a part of the team. What have I got to do to get the job? (You answer the question, compliment the interviewer, and shift the emphasis from you being unemployed to how you can get the job offer.
1. You've changed jobs quite frequently. How do we know you'll stick around? . .
2. You've been with your current employer for only a short amount of time. . . Is this an indication that you'll be moving around a lot throughout your career? . .
3. Aren't your overqualified for this position? How long would you stay with us? . .
• I admit that I had some difficulty defining my career goals in the past, but now I'm quite sure of my direction.
• I learned a lot at the previous job. But it was a small firm, so there was no place for me to grow. This position offers me the opportunity to interact with other departments and fields. Throughout my career, the one thing that has remained constant is my love of learning.
This job would give me the chance to learn so much.
1. What kind of work would you like to be doing 2 years form now?
2. Where do you see yourself in three years?
3. What is your long-range objective?
4. Where do you want to be 10 or 15 years form now?
5. Where would you like to be 5 years from now?
6. What are your goals? How do you plan to reach those goals? . .
7. What are your long range and short range goals and objectives?
8. What do you really want to do in life?
9. How do you plan to achieve your career?
10. What are your future plans?
• I hope to become very good at my job and perhaps take some schooling to become better. I understand the company will pay the cost of schooling if it is relevant.
• Although it's certainly difficult to predict things far into the future, I know what direction I want to develop toward. Within 5 years, I would like to become the very best ____ your company has. I would like to become the expert that others rely upon. And in doing so,
• I feel I will be fully prepared to take on any greater responsibilities that might be presented in the long term.
• I'd like to take more responsibility in ______.
• Five years from now I see myself continuing to work hard and doing the best possible job I can.
• From my research and what you have told me about the growth here, it seems that operation is where the heavy emphasis is going to be. It seems that is where you need the effort and where I could contribute toward the company's goals.
