關於「過去的成就」的問題
在回答此問題時最好能夠提出數據作為重點。
1. What are your biggest accomplishments? (你最大的成就是甚麼?)
2. What two or three accomplishments have given you the most satisfaction? Why?
. . (有哪兩三樣成就給你最大的滿足?為甚麼?)
3. What were the most memorable accomplishments at your last job?
. . (你最後一個工作中最難忘的成就是甚麼?)
• I really stopped to listen to what my customers wanted, rather than just trying to sell them. I sold 20% more after I had changed my attitude. (自從我改變態度，真正地聆聽顧客的需要，而不只是試著推銷東西之後，我的銷售增加了百分之二十。)
• I realized I needed to know a lot more to help my clients, so I enrolled in a tax seminar. I really felt more confidence later and I got 20% of customers. (我體認到我需要懂更多以幫助我的客戶，所以我參加了一項稅務講習課程。後來覺得有信心多了，也增加了百分之二十的顧客。)
關於「形容自己」的問題
這是最關鍵的一個問題，尤其現在有許多面談是群體面談的場面，雇主會要求每位應徵者自我介紹，然後說明為甚麼要替他們公司工作。在回答這個問題時，可以說一些半個人(semi-personal)，但是與職業有關的特性。通常要針對公司需要的人才特點來說明，
例如應徵銷售人員就要以articulate(能言善道)、persuasive(有說服力)為重點，如果是必須注意細節的會計人員就要以attentive(注意的)、detailed(詳細的)，再加上所有公司都要求的adaptable(適應力強的)、responsible(負責任的)、through(有始有終的)。在說明時還要配合工作上的實際情形才不會有突兀之感。

07. Are you primarily a "number" person? (你根本上是個有數字觀念的人嗎?)
08. Are you creative? If yes, in what way? (你有創造力嗎? 如果有，在哪些方面呢?)
09. I'd like to know a little more about you. (我想多瞭解一點關於你這個人。)
10. What would people who have worked for you say about you?
. . . (和你一起工作過的人會怎麼說你這個人?)
11. What five adjectives describe you best? (用哪五個形容詞描述你最適當?)
12. Rate yourself on a scale of one to ten. (請用零到十的等級指標，評價你自己。)

• I'm diligent. I always finish my task before the deadline. (我很勤奮，我總是在期限之前完成工作。)
• I'm very punctual. I come on time no matter what. (我很準時，不論發生甚麼事，我都按時抵達。)
• l I'm reliable. I can work without supervision and I'm a self-starter. (我很值得託付信賴，我是一個自動自發的人。)
• I'm a quick learner. I always update my computer skills. (我學東西很快，我一直保持跟上最新的電腦技術。)
• I'm a hard worker who loves this business. I've been an asset to the employers I've had, and my experience would make me an even greater asset to you. (我是熱愛這行業又工作努力的人。我一直是過去工作過的公司的重要的資產，我相信以我的經驗，更會是您公司寶貴的資產。)
關於「自己優點」的問題
當被問到這個問題時，要挑選與實際工作有關的優點來談，不要以為主試者對你這個「人」有興趣，事實上主試者是在問下列和職務有關的問題:
1. What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
. . (你認為自己最大的優點及弱點是甚麼?)
2. What are some of your strengths? (你有些甚麼長處?)
3. What are your greatest strengths? (你最大的長處是甚麼?)
4. What is your best quality?/What are your strongest abilities? (你最強的特色是甚麼?)
5. Can you organize your capabilities into distinct functional categories?
. . (你可以把你的能力歸納成明顯的功能性的項目嗎?)
6. What evidence or proof can you provide to substantiate your claim?
. . (你有甚麼證據可以讓你的聲稱實體化?)
7. Can you prioritize? If a lot of things are true of you, what things are most true of you?
. . (你可以把關於你的一些事按優先順序排列嗎? 哪些是最真正的你?)
• I'm very trustworthy. (我很值得信賴。)
• I have excellent Interpersonal & communicational skills. (我有優秀的人際及溝通技巧。)
• I get along well with people. (我和人相處得很好。)
• I like to help people. (我喜歡幫助人們。)
• I like challenge. (我喜歡挑戰。)
• I'm kind / reverent / wholesome / goal oriented / innovative / collaborative / and strategic. (我很仁慈、恭敬的、善的、朝目標進行的、創新的、合作的、有策略的。)
