Q : | What is Product Info.? |
A : | Product Info. serves our customers for placing your products. You can place and search products which you need on line and modify your product information any time. Customers will find your products from internet. |
Q : | What can I place in Product Info.? |
A : | You can edit and place your products with colored images.

Q : | How to place a product? |
A : | Please click "Product Info." button on Home page or other pages, go to products screen click "Place Product", forward you go to member log in screen if you are not signed in, you must sign-in with your user ID and password.
then click "SUBMIT".
If you do not have a user ID, click on "SIGN UP" button links to register for one. Once you have completed the registration form you can be linked to place product screen.
Placing your products by entering information about your products in the list boxes, entry fields or radio buttons. Enter the title of
your product, key words... for example: sell a car, please enter car, maker, model, cylinders ect., then select main-category, sub-category, descriptions ( unlimited words ), period of time, payment of method, click "SUBMIT". If some information you did not fill in the form or with mistakes, you will be notified by our system, please continue edit your product.
Your product must meet the Terms of Use of Cinmo's Global sites otherwise your product will be deleted automatically by our system.
Please pay an attention to the following;
1. You will not post false product;
2. You will not post duplicate product;
3. You will not post product placed in the wrong categories or areas. If you do so, your product
0. will not be searched;
4. All the contents of product are responsible by poster at your own
risk. Cinmo does not respond
0. anything;
5. Cinmo reserves all rights of articles and images published by Cinmo and has the all rights to
0. publish these articles and images on Cinmo's publications;

Cinmo reserves all rights to remove any product for any reason, and
you will not be notified in advance of any such removal. |
Q : | How to preview my product just placed? |
A : | Please click "Membership", then go to Member Center Selection, click "My product" button, you can preview your product If you don't satisfy it, you can modify it by clicking "edit this message". |
Q : | Why can't I find my product? |
A : | When searching for your product, be sure to enter the specific criteria that will match your product and appropriate main category and location, then you can find your product
If your product does not appear in the screens, then your product is not on our system. Possible reasons why your product does not appear on our system :
1. Your product did not meet the Terms of Use and was deleted automatically;
2. Your did not click on the final "submit" button after reviewing or modifying your product;
3. Your product expired;
4. You have not confirmed your user registration. |
Q : | What to do if I'm placing a product and can't find the right category? |
A : | Try clicking on a list of main-categories and sub-categories. If you can't find the item that fits your desires please enter more key words then got one. |
Q : | How to search products? |
A : | Go to the Search Product screen. Choose a main-categoriey and location to search and key words, i.e., Close out & Liquidation, etc. Click on the category name to begin your search.
You may then need to select a sub-category to continue. Define your search criteria, such as price, make, and model, to find the item that fits your desires. The search option are custom define for each category and are displayed as list boxes. After clicking the 'Search' button, the result will appear. A summary of each match is presented so you can easily scan the results. |
Q : | What if I'm searching for products and can't find the right category? |
A : | Try clicking on a list of categories and location. If you can't find the item that fits your desires please enter more key words then got one.
