Q : | How to place a Classified Ad? |
A : | Please click "Classified Ad" button on Home page or other pages, go to Classified Ad screen click "Place Ad", forward you go to member log in screen if you are not signed in, you must sign-in with your user ID and password.
then click "SUBMIT".
If you do not have a user ID, click on "SIGN UP" button links to register for one. Once you have completed the registration form you can be linked to place ad screen.
Place your ad by entering information about your ad in the list boxes, entry fields or radio buttons. Enter the title of
your ad, key words... for example: sell a car, please enter car, maker, model, cylinders ect., then select main-category, sub-category, descriptions ( unlimited words ), period of time, payment of method, click "SUBMIT". If some information you did not fill in the form or with mistakes, you will be notified by our system, please continue edit your ad.
Your ad must meet the Terms of Use of Cinmo's Global sites otherwise your ad will be deleted automatically by our system.
Please pay an attention to the following;
1. You will not post false Ad;
2. You will not post duplicate Ad;
3. You will not post Ad placed in the wrong categories or areas. If you do so, your ad will not be
0. searched;
4. All the contents of Ad are responsible by poster at your own
risk. Cinmo does not respond
0. anything;
5. Cinmo reserves all rights of articles and images published by Cinmo and has the all rights to
0. publish these articles and images on Cinmo's publications;

Cinmo reserves all rights to remove any Ad for any reason, and
you will not be notified in advance of any such removal. |
Q : | How to preview my ad just placed? |
A : | Please click "Membership", then go to Member Center Selection, click "My Classified Ad" button, you can preview your ad. If you don't satisfy it, you can modify your ad by clicking "edit this Ad". |
Q : | How to insert a photo to a Classified Ad? |
A : | Go to place an ad screen, enter the URL of your ad photo. Image size: < 250x250px Or;
E-mail your image to: customerservice@cinmo.com in attachment, per image/$5.00 |
Q : | Why can't I find my ad? |
A : | When searching for your ad, be sure to enter the specific criteria that will match your ad and appropriate main category and location or country, then you can find your ad.
Please note: your ad will post on cinmo.com within 24-48 hrs.
If your ad does not appear in the screens, then your ad is not on our system. Possible reasons why your ad does not appear on our system :
1. Your ad did not meet the Terms of Use and was deleted automatically;
2. Your did not click on the final "submit" button after reviewing or modifying your ad;
3. Your ad expired;
4. You have not confirmed your user registration. |
Q : | What can I do, if I'm placing an ad and can't find the right category? |
A : | Try to see a list of main-categories and sub-categories. If you can't find appropriate category, you can place an ad in the closed to appropriate category and make more key words for searching easily. |
Q : | How to search Ad? |
A : | Go to the Search Ad screen. Choose a main-categoriey and location to search and key words, i.e., Employment, Real Esate, etc. Click on the category name to begin your search.
You may then need to select a sub-category to continue. Define your search criteria, such as price, make, and model, to find the item that fits your desires. The search option are custom define for each category and are displayed as list boxes. After clicking the 'Search' button, the result will appear. A summary of each match is presented so you can easily scan the results. |
Q : | What if I'm searching for Ad and can't find the right category? |
A : | Try clicking on a list of categories and location. If you can't find the item that fits your desires please enter more key words then got one. |
Q : | I can't find what I'm looking for, Can I place a want ad? |
A : | Yes. You can place a want ad in Cinmo's supply & demand information section. You can use the want ad to place an ad for anything you might want. |
Q : | What if I receive an inappropriate response to my ad? |
A : | If you received a message from a user that you feel is inappropriate, you best option is not to respond to that message.
Responding will only escalate that situation and the other person may continue corresponding with you. However, if the person continues to send you inappropriate message you can try these options :
1. Report the person to their e-mail or service provider. Their provider may warn or decide to
0. disconnect their service for violating their terms of service.
2. Report the person to c2kabuse@exitecorp.com. Please be as detailed as possible and include
0. any emails the person has sent to you.
3. If at any time you are threatened or in danger, then contact your local law enforcement.
