A : | When selecting a user ID, you will need to select something that is easy to remember. If you find that you are having problem
selecting a user ID ( your desired user ID has already been selected ), you may want to try the desired user ID along with a sequence of number. |

A : | Sure, from edit my profile page, please re-enter your new Password under profile. |
Q : | What would I do if I forget my user ID and password? |
A : | Please click forgot link. You'll need to enter your E-mail address. We will e-mail you user ID and password. |
