      Cinmo's Terms of Use & Service Agreement
	  
      This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your uses of
      "CINMO" Web Sites information that powered tools for trading, negotiating and
      services on the internet B to B and B to C business.

      the Services for online order only. "CINMO" further reserves the

      responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes. "CINMO" reserves

      9. COPYRIGHT OF DATE

      extremely prohibited. "CINMO" reserves the right for any lawful action.
      
      10. SYSTEM INTEGRITY
